Jersey Rd. Bistro – ‘JRB’ is a fresh evolution of Modern Australian Bistro cuisine in postcode 2025. Head Chef Jason Dean has designed Jersey Rd. Bistro’s menus to reflect a more relaxed, fresh approach to modern Australian bistro cuisine.
Jason Dean has perfected his modern approach to fresh ingredients, crafting them into a delightful culinary evolution. The Jersey Rd. Bistro menu features two main courses for under $30, as well as Dry aged 700g beef ribeye for two, cooked two ways, with your choice of side for $90.
The Wine List features the best of Australian, New Zealand, French, Italian, German wines, and wines from Argentina. JRB’s wine list ranges from $45 to $250, making it a perfect restaurant for affordable mid-week local dining, as well a special event or group destination.

Our approachable wine list features favourites designed to compliment the Modern Australian Dishes; with a selection of wines from France, Italy, Germany, Argentina, Australia and New Zealand. For those that want to bring their own bottles to the table, JRB offers BYO on Wednesday nights only. An evolutionary concept in the Woollahra / Paddington dining set.
